On Tuesday, April 14, 2026 the academic journal Review 110 : Literature and Arts of the Americas , published by The City College of New York (CUNY), will be presented at NYU. The selection of the Quechua texts, translation into Spanish, and the corresponding studies were carried out by Professor Odi Gonzales of the CLACS-NYU Quechua Program. The presentation will feature Daniel Shapiro (General Editor of Review ) and the anthologized poets (Irma Alvarez Ccoscco and Fredy Roncalla), as well as Professor Raquel Chang-Rodriguez, one of the English translators (Edith Adams), and students from the Quechua Program, who will read selected texts in both Quechua and English. The anthology, titled “Gold of the Indies: Quechua Literature of Peru,” spans six centuries: from the pre-Hispanic period, through the conquest, the colonial era, the republican period, and up to the 21st century.
